Naturalink is a responsible Indonesian coffee supplier committed to sustainability, transparency, and long-term partnerships.
Since 2025, Naturalink has taken a meaningful step forward by building a close collaboration with the Farmer Group, located in Trawas, East Java, Indonesia.
This partnership is more than just sourcing coffee — it is about growing together. We work hand in hand with the farmers, supporting them to deepen their knowledge of the coffee industry, improve cultivation techniques, and enhance post-harvest processes. Through continuous learning and shared experience, we aim to maximize their potential and performance, ensuring both quality and sustainability. Every bean we produce carries the dedication of these farmers and the richness of their land.
From the farms in Trawas, our carefully harvested coffee is transported and stored in our warehouse in Mojokerto, East Java, Indonesia. Here, we maintain strict quality control to preserve the freshness and integrity of every batch before it reaches our customers.
At Naturalink, we believe that great coffee starts with strong relationships, responsible practices, and a shared vision for growth.
A Future-Oriented Commitment
Naturalink is actively aligning its operations with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), embracing the future of responsible coffee sourcing. We are currently progressing toward:
- Full traceability to farm level
- Geolocation mapping of sourcing areas
- Structured due diligence across our supply chain
This journey reflects our belief that great coffee must also be accountable.
ESG at the Core of Naturalink
Sustainability, transparency, and accountability define Naturalink. Through our ESG approach, we ensure responsible sourcing, ethical operations, and full supply chain visibility, while actively preparing for compliance with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
At Naturalink, we are committed to integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles across our coffee sourcing, handling, and export operations. Our approach reflects evolving global expectations and aligns with regulatory developments such as the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).
We believe that responsible coffee is not only defined at origin, but also through how it is handled, managed, and delivered.
