Location: Lawang, East Java

Environment
Located in the Lawang area, Malang Regency, a highland region famous for its cool air and green panorama. This area is surrounded by tea plantations, vegetable gardens, and mountains that serve as natural water sources.

Land Characteristics:
● Highland with an altitude of ±700–900 masl, average temperature 20–24°C, suitable for organic farming.
● Fertile volcanic soil due to deposits from Mount Arjuno-Welirang, rich in nutrients.
● Water sources from mountain springs, flowing through clean and well-maintained technical irrigation.
● Implementation of organic farming systems with compost, green manure, and natural pest control without chemical pesticides.
● Rice fields are usually tiered or slightly terraced, following the contours of the hills.


Suasana Kampung:
● Fresh air with thin fog in the morning, adding freshness to the rice field area.
● The sound of irrigation water blends with birdsong around the gardens and rice fields.
● Villagers help each other in land management, planting, harvesting, to post-harvest processing.
● The surrounding environment is still green with rows of bamboo trees, community coffee gardens, and vegetable gardens that add biodiversity.
● Peaceful atmosphere, far from pollution, supporting high-quality organic rice production.
